Orders are only secured once paid for.
All orders placed prior to Wednesday midday (11:59) be dispatched on Thursday for 24hr delivery.
Orders placed after Wednesday midday (12:00) but before Sunday midday (11:59) will be dispatched Monday for 24hr tracked delivery.
For example, an order at 11am on Wednesday will be delivered Friday. Ordered at 3pm on Wednesday will be delivered on Tuesday.
You must be available to take the delivery or nominate an alternative address/ safe place via tracking. We cannot return baked goods to the depot as this could affect the quality.
Orders being collected must be pre-booked for collection only. At time of booking collection time and date can be selected.
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address and the order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we will be unable to make any amendments to the shipping of your order and it will be sent to the address you provided. So please prior to placing your order double check that the details and the address of your order is correct.
If you note the details are incorrect and the order has not been fulfilled then please get in touch as soon as possible using the form on our website with your order number, address submitted and the correct details you need it to be switched to.
If you would like to amend your order then please get in touch on our website as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped then we are unable to make changes to your order. You are unable to change the delivery date they are specified as above.
If your order hasn’t arrived then please check the following 1. Your tracking number 2. Did you nominate an alternative address/ safe place via the tracking link provided. 3. Is the address submitted on the order correct.

If there is a problem with your order then please get in touch via our website with your order number, address and detailed description/ photograph of the problem and we will look into this.
We are unable to accept returns on all food items.
Baked goods are perishable and therefore exempt from cancellation rights
Some couriers allow the recipient to amend/ Delay their delivery date. As all our baked goods are made fresh for order, if you opt to change/ delay your delivery date directly with the courier, we cannot accept any liability for freshness or perishability of your order.
While we take every precaution to make sure our goods are of excellent quality and reach you in good condition. No refund, exchange, or cancellation can be offered for baked goods once they have been collected or delivered, except in cases where there is a proven fault with the product. Complaints or issues must be raised within 2 working days of collection or receipt, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
